Hey Chickadee...

Another round of Cake Pops. I think I really did a LOT better this time. The last ones were to lumpy because the chocolate didn't melt right. The ones before that had cake that was mixed with to much frosting so they weren't stiff enough to even stay on the stick. This try worked better for sure! I used way less frosting and mixed the chocolate with a little shorting to thin it out and make it smooth. Easter is a few weeks away and so I decided to go with little chicks, one of the recipes from the Cake-Pop book I got. AND they great thing, they took about two hours to make from start to finish! WooHoo!










I think the people I work with will like these, and I think that they'll be a big hit with my family for Easter. :D
