Are You Ready For This?

The final week of the HCG Drops are D-O-N-E. Yesterday was my last day on the drops and so this morning is the final weight, the number that I want to maintain, with in 2.1 +/- pounds. 188.8lbs. A grand total loss of 27.4lbs (2.4 for the week).

I am a little bummed that I didn't make it to 30lbs, but I ran out of drops (for one) and I started my period. Being on my period really slowed me down a lot. I didn't lose for three whole days because of it. That really upset me being so close to the end, and I really didn't expect it, my birth control causes me to have little to no period, but they say that overweight people have irregular periods, and so maybe the weight loss is setting my body right.

Either way, being only 2.6lbs away from my goal is still pretty close! I am satisfied with my results and am ready for the maintenance phase of my diet. This is really the true test, because I am giving only the following rules; NO sugars and NO starches. But I can eat when I want and I HAVE to eat more then 500 calories. the average is 1500-2000 calories a day (to maintain the weight??? Wow.) I will probably have to build up to that much, and I know that find foods with no sugars is almost impossible, but I am looking forward to a lot of steak and chicken salads with olives, avocado, ranch, cheese, tomato, and onion. MAYBE some sunflower seeds and bacon too. Sounds so yummy right??? My first meal is going to be at Souper Salad and I am stoked.

Well, here are my final measurements, and I am only posting the areas where I lost:

Upper Chest: Lost 0.5 inches.
Waist: Lost 0.5 inches.
Right Thigh: 0.5 inches.
Right Knee: 0.5 inches.
Left Knee: 0.5inches.
Lower Roll: 1 inch.

Total for the final week: 4 inches.
Grand total  for Round One: 42 (FORTY TWO) INCHES.
That is crazy!

I have gone down from a size 18/20 to a 14/16 in pants/dresses.
I have gone down from an XXL to a L (sometimes XL, depending on brand) in tops.

I feel better, I have way more energy and have to drag my Husband out and about with me. I can bend over to put my shoes on, no more leaning on a wall or sitting down and doing it sideways.

I will do my six weeks Phase Three and start Round Two right away, April 12th and if I do that round for thirty days then I'll hopefully be done another 30 by May 12th, that will bring me down to 158.8lbs! After my maintenance of round two I will have 6 days before our family vacation to the coast! I will have a bikini body (to me at least)! I am really excited about that. I want to try to get to 140 so I will probably do a third short round, OR try it the old fashion way, I haven't chosen, its to far away and seemingly unbelievable.

Here are my pictures from Day ONE and Today!

And Today, while I was at the park. I see a HUGE difference in my face!!

Here is an old one:

My double chin has gotten way smaller!!!!

Sneek Peek: Practice Cake!

I am getting ready for Christopher's Birthday Party! I know its still a little early but I love planning things and getting ready for anything that has to do with my son!

Happy butt!

Well, I had a hard time trying to decide if I wanted to a single theme or a mash up of all his favorite things. I decided to go with a single theme of Spiderman, because its easier to find and less hassle for me to get just one theme items.

I looked at cakes at Walmart and they had some pretty nice Spiderman cakes, but they were a little to pricey for me if I wanted to get a pinata (I do!) and so I thought about making my own cake, just a square cake with some basic decorations. I went to Michaels to get some cake stuff and found a Spiderman cake pan! I snatched it up and got the stuff to make it as good as I could. I think it turned out ok, for my first try, and I know it will be better the next time! I am very excited about it and have to share the process, I hope you like it!

The tools.
 In the oven.
Still in the oven.....it took a long time.
I overfilled the cake pan so it split and was a little burned, but I cut that part off.
Out of the pan, before the frosting.
 Black and white parts done.
 Red parts done.
 Blue parts done.
 Finished with the trim.
I made one good cake, next time the spider on the chest and black by the eyes will be better.

Another Week Come and Gone

This morning was Day 22 and I am down to 191.2 lbs (as of this morning). That is a grand total of 25 lbs lost. I am only 5lbs away from my goal for the first round. I could make tomorrow my last drop day (the min 23 days) but why would I quit when I am so close to my 30lb goal? Even though the idea of an avocado and some cheese are trying to melt a hole in my resolution. I have only about another week at the most! Then I will be doing the 6 week maintenance phase, and I am very excited for it, I can also start doing tone up exercises and stuff. I really want to work on my stomach. I have never had a flat tummy, but after the baby, I have a LOWER ROLL. Talk about not appealing. It has defiantly lost lots of fat, but has no tightness to it. I know that toning up will put some weight back on, and I am only going to do it very lightly, I am going to be trying to reset my weight to the current, so that means no gain and no loss for the whole of phase three. After that I am probably going to immediately jump into round two because I want to lose another 30lbs before July! That is the month my DH and I will be taking our yearly (as sad as that is) trip down to Port O'Conner to spend time with My in-laws and on the beach and the Boat. I want to be able to buy a bikini, an actual bikini, not a tankini. :D That is the ultimate goal. If I lose 30 now and 30 in round two that will put me 16.2lbs away from my goal of 140lbs, but I plan on trying to get that off the old fashioned way, working out three times a week and not dieting, but continuing to eat the way I am learning how to eat. That will help me lose the last 16 and tone my body so I have some nicely formed muscles.

I have lost a total of 8 inches this week, with my stomach being the big winner of a loss of 1.5in ( a total of 6.5inches!) The grand total of inches lost from day one to now is 30!!!!I can't believe how well this worked. I was so afraid that I would be one of those girls that nothing ever works for and that I would be like I am forever and just get worse as I get older. But that isn't going to happen now! I am going to be fabulous!

Here are my current before and after pictures. Don't mind the blurriness (from my phone) and me retarded faces. I don't know what my husband was saying to me to make me look like that. :D

I would like to point out that that shirt didn't even fit me when I bought it and the pants are Old Nave size 16 (that's about a 14/15 everywhere else) that I bought and could on;y wear for a week, FOUR years ago.

I look forward to the next post, sharing my final results for Round One with you!

Cutting it Short.

My original plan was to do the HCG phase two for the max of 40 days. But as I come upon the 23 day mark (in a few days) I have decided that I am not going to go the full 40 days. for two reasons:

1. My bottle of drops is more than half empty, so I know it won't last to 40 days.
and
2. The VLCD is hard, and I am having trouble even eating now, witch makes me not feel good (espcially on the days I work). I don't like that I am feeling the urge to cheat more and more because I have zero interest in the food I am allowed.

I am going to stick it out the 23 min they requier and TRY to see if I can fininsh out my drops, or go 30 days (whatever comes 1st). I didn't lose anything yesterday and it bummed me out, but I was 5lbs ahead of schedule (I set it up as if I'd loss a pound a day). If I can still lose about 10 more lbs I'll be in the gold, but if not, I am totally happy with how much I have lost as of today! I will still do a second round and try to lose another 30 or so pounds, and that will take me down to 150-ish. Wow. Then I plan on going to it the old fashion way, working out, to lose another 5-10 pounds and shape myself up nice! And with my time line that could happen in July!!!! Double wow. I have already gon efrom size 18/20 down to a 15/16, and thats a little big with no belt, but the 14 is still a little to tight to keep on all day, but just a tiny bit! If I can go down to a 14 by the end of this round, whats to day I won't be a 8/10 by the end of ALL this!?!?!? I was that size when I was in 8th grade!!!

This diet is amazing to me, no matter how hard and how uninterested in the food I get!

Let's Talk About HCG Shall We?

Ok, I am getting people asking me about my diet left and right and I send them here for information (from my research and experience) and to Do it yourself HCG as well, as they have lots of stuff you can order to make it go smoother.

This is what HCG and the Diet Protocol is.

The HCG hormone is what a females body releases when she is pregnant. It's main function is to give the baby extra nutrients without the mom having to eat to capacity (though some do, ahem ME). The HCG takes the moms ABNORMAL fat cells (think double shin, love handles, dunlop, ect) and turns it into energy for mom and nutrients for baby. Mom is still eating what ever she wants so she is naturally going to gain weight, although there are those moms who ate healthy and right while pregnant and they are the ones who gained only 15 lbs (Nicole Kidman anyone?). That is what HCG does.

Now, when you take HCG daily the same thing will happen, but you have no baby, so YOU get the energy AND nutrition! The HCG will cause your body to turn your abnormal fat cells into 2000 to 4000 calories a day! That's a lot of calories, so you do not need to take in nearly as much as you used to. If you do, you are going to gain weight as fast as you can eat, because with no baby the person taking HCG will receive 100% of all those calories.

A diet is all about eating less than the amount of calories you use a day doing whatever you do, work, exercise, flip channels, anything. If I ate 2000 calories a day, then to lose weight I need to burn 3000 calories a day. To maintain weight I need to burn 2000-2500 calories a day. Did you know that one half hour of hard walking on a treadmill is equal to only 300 calories (that's half a dounut).

When you take the HCG (phase two) you eat a MAXIMUM of 500 calories a day, and that isn't just 500 calories of whatever I want (like some diets that are just about eating less calories). That's 500 calories of the following choices:

  • 3.5 oz. (100 grams) of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh WHITE fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled, baked or grilled without additional fat.  The chicken breast must be off the bone.

  • One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

  • One grissini bread stick, one Melba toast, or 2 Melba “snacks” (original, garlic, whole grain, or sesame flavored)

  • An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit or 1 orange

  • And you get that twice a day. That's it. No more, but you can have less. A lot of people just skip the Melba or grissini entirely (me!). It is very important to try to mix things up as much as you can. Example: If i had chicken, Romain, and an orange for lunch then for dinner I might make beef, asparagus, and strawberries for dinner. A note to you though, you can't mix your veggies. If you have spinach and chicken, you MAY NOT put some tomato on it. Only one type of veggie per meal.

There are those who can't go with out eating until their lunch time (it happens to me sometimes) so what is recommended is to eat the fruit in the morning, then the meat and veggie for lunch. And you can go as far as to have the meat and veggie for dinner and the fruit as a night-time snack. *I have found that if I eat ANYTHING after 8:30pm (I go to bed between 10 and 12pm) I do not lose as much weight as I thought I would. Even though you are eating an extremely small amount, you don't just want to eat and go to bed.

The very first two days of phase two are what are called load days. You literally eat as much fatty food as you can get in your body. It helps your body transition to the VLCD and HCG without a major headache or muscle cramps.

When you decided to start the HCG you must know that you have to be committed to a MINIMUM of 23 days of taking the HCG  (that is 21 days of the VLCD- very low calorie diet), with the maximum days of 40 (38 VLCD). If you do it for less than the minimum then you are likely not only to gain the weight back you lost, but gain an excess as well. This because your body has not been able to start its 'reset' associated with the protocol. If you try to do it any longer then the 40 days your body will begin to become immune to the HCG and you will start burning your normal fat cells (think foot and hand pads, ect.) and you become very hungry and sick, because you are no longer supplying your self with the total 2500-4500 calories a day, just the 500.

You must also know, before you start, that CHEATING IS NEVER ALLOWED. Cheating not only breaks the resolve and determination (how can one hurt then turns into how can one a day hurt), it also will undermine and reverse your progress. If you are on, lets say, day 6 on the VLCD and you snatch a french fry or take a bite of cheese pizza off the plate of the person with you, then not on;y will you not see your 0.6-1.0lbs loss, you might even see a gain of 1-3lbs! I can't tell you exactly why this is, but I do know that I have eaten 2 M&Ms on day 7 of the VLCD and I didn't loss ANYTHING, and it took me three days to get back to my 1lb a day average.

Cheating is where almost everyone fails. How easy is it to eat that one french fry, or to even taste the sauce you just made for everyone else's spaghetti? Very easy, many times I have caught myself with the taste test at my lips, not even thinking about it! This is where the biggest battle is. If you can't learn to not cheat then you should not be on this diet. You HAVE to be strong and determined! I know how hard it is, my husband has me drive through to get him a cheeseburger and fries every once in a while and I am alone in the car with it, the soda, and the smell is the only thing I can breath. It smells GOOD and I WANT to eat it. Except, I CAN say no. I can simply let it sit next to me and take it home to him and not even have touched the fry. Because I think about the 20.8lbs I've lost in the last 17 days and the 2lbs I'd gain and have to waste the next three days just to get to back where I was the day I ate the fry! That is how I stop myself from cheating. I also think it helps me that I work at a restaurant and work with food I ABSOLUTELY can't eat all day. In that sense I have a curve ahead of most people, but I know it is still possible.

Fats and oils though, can get into your system through more than just ingesting it. You can absorb it through your skin. Touching the fatty meat your making for dinner for everyone else, using lotion to moisturize yourself, the liquid makeup you put on every morning. Your toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, and conditioner can all effect how well you lose. Remember, on the VLCD absolutely no sugars, fats, oils, starches, ect. I suggest gloves, you may get snickered at by family, but I laugh right back when I weigh myself every morning. I have started using just mineral powder and mascara only, if I even put makeup on. I use Tom of Maines toothpaste and Crystal deodorant (both from Walgreens). I use Treseme on my hair and Ivory (unscented) car soap on my body. This is only for the time you are taking the drops. Once you have started the Stabilization and Maintenance phase you can go back to most of your product (avoid stuff with sugar in it for the stabilization part).

I know that it's very strict, but if you follow it, it W-O-R-K-S. Here I am, I started the drops on Feb 1st and on the morning of the 17th I am down 20.8lbs, and have lost a total of 30inches on my body!

I won't lie to you, these last 17 days have seemed like 170. I have trouble eating the veggies (Most of them I don't like, so I have a hard time getting them down). I dream about avocados and cheese, and I can't wait until the stabilization part of phase three, when I can eat them.

Phase three is broken down into halves. (*Just a little FYI; phase one is a colon cleanse before the HCG, but I skipped it, because it is unnecessary and added by someone other than the Dr. who created this diet).

Part one of phase three is the Stabilization phase. This is how you start it. You continue the VLCD for three days or 72 hours from your last drop (it varies, when you start feeling hungry, it is the sign that the HCG has left you system and that is when you stop the VLCD) After the time is up for the VLCD, you start the stabilization phase. This is where you eat a MINIMUM of 1500 calories a day. And you are allowed fats and oils. You are allowed basically anything except sugars and starches. So watch out, some veggies have starch. So think a salad with bacon bits, avocado, cheese cheese, egg, tomato, and regular ranch (except some ranch has corn starch). Sounds so good to me! After the three weeks of stabilization you move onto the maintenance phase. That is when you start introducing healthy sugars and starches. Whole wheat pasta and bread, ect. After the three weeks of this you are considered done with the diet, and are expected to have rebuilt your diet and eating habits so as to maintain your new weight forever. Not to say you can't have a loaded baked potato every once and a while!

During the whole of phase three your goal is to stay at the same weight. You don't want to gain any (obviously), but you also don't want to loss any more either. What you are doing during phase three is training your body to think that the new weight is the true weight you should be at. If you don't follow the phase, your body will try to go back to what it was. If you gain more than 2lbs perform a steak day. You go without during the day (just water) and in the evening you have a 8-10oz lean steak with an apple or raw tomato. That should put you back where you should be. If you lose more than 2lbs you have a philly steak day. Same thing during the day, but at the end of the night you have a philly cheese steak and fries. That should put you back where you should be as well. At the end of 6 week phase three you can do a second round of HCG if you have more weight to lose (I am doing two rounds). Just remember, it is important to take time between rounds. 1st and 2nd is 6 weeks minimum and 2nd to 3rd round is 8 weeks minimum. Every extra round is two more weeks, otherwise you can get the immunity to the HCG and not see the results you want and not feel good while doing the new round.

I think that HCG is diet that can and will work for everyone, IF you can stay on it to the letter. And you can do it for relatively cheap. I fully recommend the Redbook Guide as an essential and you can get the drops from various places, but please research it before you buy anything, make sure the seller is accredited and the feedback positive.

I hope this post helps a lot of you with any questions you have about the diet and good luck to you if you choose this path!

14 Days Down and Still Going Strong!

Yes yes! I have now completed 14 days of the HCG Diet (that is two load days and 12 VLCD days). And I am still seeing the same type of results! I am going to be honest (I promised) it feels like it has been two months, cause I DO want  to eat other food (but I have stayed away and said no!) It has been very hard for me to eat though, it's like, I KNOW that even a single bite of Pizza will make me stop losing or even gain a pound or two so I can say no to that, but the food I am allowed to have is limited so I have trouble finishing it, especially my vegetable. None of them are very good without any ranch or other dipping sauce so I have to force my self to eat sometimes, most days I am eating less than 500 calories a day. It's like, I can't eat what I want so I don't, but I just don't eat what what I can eat. I am trying out new things so that I do eat, because on the days that I work I get HUNGRY, and that is because it is to much physical activity for this diet, so I try to spread out what I am allowed. I will eat an apple or orange around 11 or noon and then eat my protein and veggie around two or three. I'll get off around five or six and when I get home, I make my second meat and veggie and depending on how busy work was I might eat my fruit with it or save it for later around eight. I take my HCG drops first thing when I go downstairs in the morning and then again at about 12:30 and for the last time at 8:00. I have found that getting the organic chicken and beef broth (make sure no sugar!) help with cooking, so that I don't have to always have to use like lemon juice or vinegar, which is an overbearing spice/flavor.

So I started out at 216.2lbs and on Day 7 I was at 204lbs. On Day 14 I woke up at 198lbs! That is a total 18.2lbs lost! I plan on never being 200 or more again!

Here are my measurements for this week!

Neck: 14.5inches. No loss. Total loss of 0.5 inches.
Right Arm: 14inches. 1 inch loss from day 7 and total loss 1 inch.
Left Arm: 14inches. 1 inch loss from day 7 and total of 1 inch.
Upper Chest: 38.5inches. 1 inch loss from day 7 and total of 3.5 inches.
Chest: 43 inches. 1.5 inch loss from day 7 and total of 3.5 inches.
Midriff: 37 inches. 2 inch loss from day 7 and total of 2.5 inches.
Waist: 37 inches. 2 inch loss from day 7 and total of 5 inches.
Hips: 46 inches. 2 inch loss from day 7 and total of 2.5 inches.
Right Thigh: 29 inches. No loss.
Right Knee: 18.5 inches. 0.5 inch loss from day 7. Total loss of 2 inches.
Right Calf: 17 inches. No loss. Total loss of 0.5 inches.
Left Thigh: 28 inches. 0.5 inch loss from day 7. Total loss of 2 inches.
Left Knee: 19 inches. 2 inch loss from day 7. Total loss of 2 inches.
Left Calf: 17 inches. 0.5 inch loss from day 7. Total loss of 0.5 inches.
Lower Roll: 44.5 inches. 2 inch loss from day 7. Total loss of 3 inches.

That is a total of 16 inches lost from day 7 to day 14, and a grand total of 30 inches lost!!!! This is amazing!!!

Here are my current pictures now.

And here I am wearing a pair of size 16 jeans that I haven't been able to put on for four years!!! I still have a little ways before I wear them daily, but I can put them on and button them!!

Ok, well I will post again next week with my new results!!!! Hopefully I will be down another 7 pounds at least!

Here is a picture of me at my start weight, to compare!

    School Dreams

Well, along with my weight loss I have knuckled down and pursuing school again. And I couldn't be more excited. New look, new life! And I didn't even make these my New Year Resolutions!

I have a measly total of three classes under my belt. About 12 credit hours. I got them before I had my son (actually I got them while I was pregnant.) and just never went back for more than one reason. Until now.

I am not going to live my life working at a movie theater and restaurant as a waitress or cook. I have no desire to, they aren't careers, they're jobs. I want a career. I always wanted to be a teacher, and started my classes with that in mind as my goal, but, as much as I loved High School and my teachers, there are people that stand out in my memory more than them. The nurses I had while I was at the hospital in pre-labor and labor. I may not remember their names (who can blame me with all that was going on?) but I remember how amazing they were, how nice, and happy. And how excited they were to help me give birth to my son and meet him too! As some of you may or may not know I am a part of an online community called Baby-Gaga. There are tons of Moms and Moms-to-be on that site, and I get excited for all of those who post threads (forums) about going into labor and giving birth. They are what sparked my connection to the fact that I felt as excited and happy as the nurses I had felt. And I wanted to help the Moms-to-be as much as they helped me.

And that's when it hit me. That is the career I want. That's what I want to be. Someone who, although many won't remember my name, will never be forgotten. Someone that Moms and Dads remember with smiles.

So it's time to buckle down. Becoming an RN (Registered Nurse) is a long and complicated process. I am going to take the route of my local Community College, ACC, here in Austin. The RN course is a two year period, but it will take me longest than that, because I have about a full year, maybe a year and a half of prerequisites to complete first. Unfortunately, two of my three classes are not even useful on the path, but that doesn't mean they didn't help (show me what college is all about).

To get in to the program I have to do a ton of things first.
    1. Admission to ACC (DONE)
2.Get immunizations (MMR, Tetanus, Hepatitis B, and Vericella or Chickenpox)--not done
3.COMPLETE ALL PREREQUISITES (there are 5, with me adding a 6th for an extra jump start) with a C or better and a min of 2.7 GPA
    4. Complete HESI Administration Assessment (and pass with 75% or better in the three scored areas)
    5. Submit the application (and only at very specific times too)

There is no guarantee I'll get in the course right away, they chose off a ranking system, highest score first. So as long as I kick butt with my GPA and test amazing, I'll have a good score. If I am not accepted at the time, I wait until they have their next bracket of application submissions and resubmit. On and on til I'm in.

After I'm in, I will have to take a full schedule (I can't extend the two years to three or four with taking less classes at a time) because all the classes per semester tie into each other (Lecture, Lab, and Clinicals).

That means I am not going to be able to work full time, and when I am at class, Josh will want to work so we'll need a day care or babysitter. And that cost money too. Talk about a pit stop. But I am going to do this!!! I went to ACC and talked to the financial office, and am going to apply for FAFSA and any scholarship I can find I might be able to get. The GRADE TOTAL of everything from start to graduation is about 6700 dollars, and I know that's 'cheap' for an Associates, but not for me! I need all the help I can get. The first 2000 is just for getting all the prerequisites done!

But I know, with a grant or scholarship or two, I can do this and we can still make ends meet. And HOPEFULLY......HOPEFULLY in 3-5 years I will have an Associates of Health in Science-Nursing and become a Registered Nurse (RN)!!!! It seems a long way, but I plan on doing it and going all the way! Starting with the Summer 2011 semester, and that begins May 23rd!

    HCG's First Week is Complete!

Man, what a tough week! But what a rewarding week!!!

    Here is my weekly update!

First I started off with my load days, Wow, I never thought I'd have a hard time stuffing my face.

Day 1: I ate three fried in bacon grease eggs, three strips of bacon, and homemade hash browns fried in veggie oil.

    Yummy!

I ate all of it. Lunch was Lasagna and soda! And for Dinner I ate a cheeseburger from Wendy's with fries and a Dr. Pepper. And I had chocolate in between.

Day two was just as fatty. My last meal was a giant potato!

And then Day 3 started.... the VLCD. I thought I knew what to expect, but I was surprised at how SMALL it was! I had to work on day 3 so I premade some chicken and strawberry vinaigrette and brought some spinach, my first meal.
It was good, but I should have sweetened the vinaigrette a little more. oh well, next time.

After a day or two on the VLCD I started feeling a slight, but constant headache. I took a plain, non-coated aspirin, and that took care of it. The days I work are BAD I get very hungry, and I think that is because my job is to much physical movement for 500 cal. I had to start spreading our the meals, stretching them. I had a fruit when I couldn't take it any longer in the morning, and then just my veggie and protein for lunch, and dinner I ate as late as possible with all three things. I drink a ton of water, I think I have got though half my bottled water pack already.
When I am not working in is not hard to follow the diet, in fact, I almost forget to eat sometimes.

I was doing so good, and not cheating at all, except for once, last night. :( I had two M&M sized pieces of chocolate. I felt bad and was afraid to get on the scale this morning, but I did, and I was still down another 1.4lbs. Thank goodness, I'm not going to do it again!

So here is my breakdown.  I started at 216.4lbs on the morning of day one (I weigh first thing in the morning) and today, the morning of day 7 (Monday) I am at 204lbs.!!! That is a loss of 12.4lbs!!! I am so happy to be seeing this much off in just 7 days, and two of those days were my load days!!!!
    As far as inches goes:
    Neck: 14.5 Down 0.5 in
    Right Arm: 15 no loss
Left Arm: 15 Down 0.5 in
Upper Chest: 39.5 Down 2.5 in
    Chest: 44.5 Down 2 in
    Midriff: 38 Down 0.5 in
    Waist: 39 Down 3 in
    Hips: 48 Down 0.5 in
    Right Thigh: 29 no loss
Right Knee: 19 Down 1.5 in
Right Calf: 17 Down 0.5 in
Left Thigh: 28.5 down 1.5 in
    Left Knee: 21 no loss
    Left Calf: 15.5 no loss
Lower Waist: 46.5 Down 1 in
    A total of  14 inches!!

I am very happy with these results, but still have a ways to go.

    Getting Ready for the Love!

Went to go get some pictures taken for Valentine's Day (gotta mail them out to the family!) and I have to say I think they were some of the best one's Christopher has ever taken. I really enjoy going to the Picture People!
